Frequently Asked Questions

Please view the most commonly asked questions below. If your question is not on the list below then please contact me direct.

Do you offer Solo or Group Dog walks?

I refer to my dog walks as tailored dog walks because they can be tailored to your dogs individual needs. If your dog is reactive to other dogs then this can be a solo dog walk or if you would prefer your dog to have some company then my resident dog can join on the walk. Your dog would only ever be walked with my resident dog as I do not offer group dog walks as I prefer your dog to get the individual attention they need and require.

Do you offer doggy day care?

I do offer day care and some clients do have set days or I try to be as flexible as I can dependent on the dogs I have boarding. Please message if you require further information regarding this service.

Can I meet you before booking one of your services?

Before a booking is confirmed, a initial meet & greet is required in order for me to meet you and your dog(s). This is to ensure we are the best fit to take of your pet(s). No bookings will be confirmed unless a prior meet and greet has been arranged.

My dog is aggressive towards other dogs, can I still book?

If your dog is reactive then this is not a problem for dog drop ins/walk however for overnight stays your dog must be dog and child friendly. Dogs in which are aggressive will not be accepted.

Do you walk dogs off lead?

This is up to the owners discretion. Upon a successful meet & greet you will receive a booking form which will ask you to provide consent to your dog being walked off lead in safe spaces if you wish.

For overnight stays, will my dog be in the company of other dogs?

I have a resident dog at home and there may be occasions in which there is a cross over period between dogs however this can only occur with both clients consent and if I feel the dogs would be a good match.

What do you do in case of an emergency?

In the unlikely event of an emergency I will contact you on the phone number provided, if I am unable to make contact with you then I will leave a message. I will then attempt to contact your emergency contact on the details you provided in the relevant booking form. In the booking form it also asks if you give consent for me to seek vetinary treatment on your behalf.
